Little Bitter Plum stands as a luxurious, syrupy gin liqueur, brilliantly maturing into a winter aperitif. Crafted for those cold moments beside a warm fire or a clandestine sip on a ski lift, it's our ever-evolving seasonal release. This year, we've allowed the plums to take centre stage, gently sidelining the gentian root. At 35% ABV, it's milder on the palate, yet bold enough to leave an impression, making it a subtly safer choice for a Negroni.

The name is literal. We have put 40mls of our Little Bitter Plum in a can with 210mls of Mischief Brew’s Tonic No. 2

Taking inspiration from the streets of Hanoi, we distilled with lemongrass, szechuan pepper, blood orange and blood lime to craft a smooth, delicate, and memorable gin. Full-bodied, approachable, and best enjoyed on ice with tonic or soda.

Our crowd favourite is bold, yet approachable. Intentionally not sweet, this dry gin is a great one to offer those family members who wouldn’t usually dabble. Brings fresh Raspberries, Lily Pilly, Apple Mint, and Zataar together harmoniously.
An alternative, new world gin. Outstanding in a lime juice gimlet or with lime and thyme as a gin and tonic. Heavy Sea Lettuce on the nose, with Blood Lime, Sandalwood Nut and Pepper Berry dominating the pallet. Umami(ish)
Previously named Gin Pangolin, this is our go at a traditional London Dry, with a slight native twist. Featuring native Lemon Grass, False Cardamom and Sea Parsley, it sits perfectly in a martini. Pair with salty foods.
