Lindon Lark (Jons son) starts Australia’s second Tonic Syrup business. Snake Oil Tonic Syrup, as a homage to anti-malarial tonics which birthed the modern day G+T.

By 2017 Geordan Elliss had come on board bringing with her experience learned at Kangaroo Island Spirits in both Sales and production under Sarah Lark.

By the end of 2018, Geordan and Lindon had Launched Pangolin Gin. The first batches of which were produced in the 80 litre copper pot still used to produce Kangaroo island’s O’Gin. Jon + Sarah were awarded best contemporary gin in the world at the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition in London in 2019 for their O’gin.

Now.

Geordan and Lindon are both full time at Blend Etiquette running Frank, our 300 litre Copper Pot Still, commissioned to match the original used at KIS.

Lindon spends his days in the office, but still enjoys stepping into to the distillery to mansplain Geordan’s job to her. He is also doing his best to make Geordan a Lark, if he can pull it off, it’ll be his crowning achievement at Blend Etiquette.
