Previously named Gin Pangolin, this is our go at a traditional London Dry, with a slight native twist. Featuring native Lemon Grass, False Cardamom and Sea Parsley, it sits perfectly in a martini. Pair with salty foods.

Our crowd favourite is bold, yet approachable. Intentionally not sweet, this dry gin is a great one to offer those family members who wouldn’t usually dabble. Brings fresh Raspberries, Lily Pilly, Apple Mint, and Zataar together harmoniously.

An alternative, new world gin. Outstanding in a lime juice gimlet or with lime and thyme as a gin and tonic. Heavy Sea Lettuce on the nose, with Blood Lime, Sandalwood Nut and Pepper Berry dominating the pallet. Umami(ish)
